Welcome to the El Tesoro website! This site is where you will find all information that pertains to the Home Owners Association.
The Home Owners Association is charged with the responsibility of maintaining the property values within our Subdivision. These goals are accomplished by maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the neighborhood. The Association maintains the aesthetics of the individual homes by enforcing the Protective Covenants (Deed Restrictions). The El Tesoro Association funds these activities by way of an annual assessment. The Board of Directors has created this website in the hope that the residents of our community can become informed and educated about the activities of the Association and the community around them.

El Tesoro HOA – Resident Notice Courtesy Tree Trimming
The Board of Directors would like to inform you that, as part of our ongoing efforts to maintain and enhance the community’s appearance, the Association has authorized our landscaping contractor to perform a courtesy trimming of trees located on residential lots.
This service is being provided at no cost to homeowners.
Service Schedule:

Start Date: Monday, May 11, 2026

End Date: Friday, May 15, 2026

Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily
During this time, the landscaping team will require access to front yards throughout the neighborhood to complete the trimming work.
Resident Cooperation Requested: To help ensure the work can be completed efficiently and safely, we kindly ask residents to:

Please remove vehicles from the street during this period to avoid blocking access to trees.

Be mindful of and courteous to the landscaping crew while they are onsite.

Take any necessary steps to clear access to front-yard landscaping areas, if applicable.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we complete this community-wide improvement. These efforts help preserve the beauty and value of El Tesoro for all residents.
